On behalf of the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Split, we are happy to announce that the upcoming scientific conference, “3rd International Conference on Science and Medicine in Aquatic Sports (SMAS),” will be held in Split, Croatia, 9th-10th, May 2025.

This year’s conference, apart from bringing together all the leading academics, scientists, researchers, and coaches within the field of aquatic sports, will be held alongside the historical rowing race ”Regatta Sveti Duje XXIII”.

With its long tradition of achieving world-top sports results, we believe that the City of Split is the right venue to organize such an event. The conference aims to bring together all the leading academics, scientists, researchers, and coaches within the field of aquatic sports to exchange and share their experiences and research results in all aspects of aquatics sports. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, concerns, practical challenges encountered, and solutions adopted in aquatics sports.
